My journey began in the fast-paced world of Executive Search, where I specialised in recruiting top-tier talent for the data centre industry. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with global infrastructure providers, engineering leaders, and visionary founders, matching exceptional people with the organisations driving the digital backbone of our world.

Through those experiences, I developed not only a deep understanding of how the data centre ecosystem operates, from design and construction to operations and strategy, but also a genuine appreciation for the people behind it. Each search revealed the same truth: this industry thrives on expertise, relationships, and trust.
